    Tough location, very busy. Staff is not highly motivated and the atmosphere is too friendly with some customers. It's more of a neighborhood hang out. The manager seems focused and committed but the staff is not cooperative. I have stopped using this location unless necessary.
    It is well located near the train bus station and has been recently renovated. Adequate parking available.

    Mocha machine is broken EVERY day, literally do not know how their machines work. As of today I'm done going to Reed City Mcdonalds! Ruined my entire day.
